Services

Consultation:

Often it isn't clear which particular therapy would be the most beneficial. During a 50 minute consultation, I can help you determine which direction would be most appropriate.

Individual Psychotherapy:

Whether it is short-term or longer, many people benefit from a private, confidential dialogue. My approach is tailored to your personality and needs.

Couples Psychotherapy:

What couple hasn't experienced challenges in their relationship? Whether you are struggling with personal conflicts or interested in enhancing your current relationship, couples therapy can help you face your differences and power struggles with hope, and teach you skills to incorporate in your everyday relationships.

After several years of working with couples in conflict and pain, I was introduced to Imago Relationship Therapy. Quickly, I became convinced that it was the most effective couples' therapy that I had encountered in my work as a therapist and as a partner. In addition, because it is a structured technique, I have found that most couples easily grasp and master it. This makes dialoging at home during high conflict times more possible, connection instead of disconnection more probable and creative solutions a reality.

More recently I have incorporated Neuroscience Research Findings and Emotionally Focused Therapy making the work even more understandable, and powerful.

I look forward to meeting you.

Please note: I solely practice virtually.

My clients have found it just as effective as in person and much more convenient.
